The Scientific explanation is the 2nd law of Thermodynamics - "The entropy of a universe(closed system) must tend to increase.(can never decrease)" Entropy is a definition of 'disorder' often used in thermodynamics, and statistical mechanics. The only way one can increase the order of a system is through outside influence. However then the sum of the outside system and the original one will (by the law) not have increased in order (basically you are moving around the disorder - and possibly increasing it).
An analogy of this is (up to before the end) of the Cat in the hat book. - The Cat in the hat creates a lot of mess in the bath. Then when he needs to clean it he uses many household objects - however it only transfers the mess to them - (mops, hoovers, shoes, etc.) In the end he uses his hat to clean it up (Presumably there is a lot of mess there now (or else 2nd law of thermodynamics goes.)
However this is the short scientific answer - essentially this is like all scientific answers an observational one - it basically means that as far as we know disorder has always either stayed the same or increased, without saying why. Therefore it is not so much as an explanation as restatement of the question as a rule.

I do not believe that in olden days, there was more order than to-day. At no point of time, there would have been a total equilibrium. The universe and life therein are in a constant march and change is taking place continuously. There will a thesis and anti-thesis. By virtue of the interplay of both these forces, a synthesis will emerge. That is how evolution and mutation take place. The only difference from then and now is that the rate of change is rather very fast now.

I believe the world is become more disorderly because of parents who go lienient on there children, they want to be their kids friends more than a parent who controlls so kids are getting away with a lot more than we did in our youth. I think if more of these "younger generation" parents would instill in their children the virtues that their parents instilled into them the world would be a much calmer place, but we cant undo what has been done so far, but maybe we can hope for better in the future.

Yes, we are living in the last days. Before no matter how extensive the war or how brutal something would survive to live on. We have reached a new milestone in human history the bible spoke of it when it said we could destroy all flesh.
And all out nuclear war would do that.
(Matthew 24:21-22) 21Â for then there will be great tribulation such as has not occurred since the world’s beginning until now, no, nor will occur again. 22Â In fact, unless those days were cut short, no flesh would be saved; but on account of the chosen ones those days will be cut short.

Dr. Spock...as a parent I didn't believe in this however it was forced on me repeatedly thru the system and family. Our parents and this generation is identical. I found it impossible to raise my children against the grain of entire dysfunctional family and secular motives(jail fillers) protecting the profit. Most drink and/or are messed up in the mental health system and dogmatic churches. All of which are into making sure failure continues to occur as it seems both like to inform you that you are them and that you are doing things that you've never done or said. How does a system that, and I will use their own terminology, is narcissistic (relativism) get away with this? It seems one is using the other.
The word no and dealing with my children always was followed up by a call to those who conveniently reacted to false claims of child abuse. When confronted for reacting they vacillated back and forth pitting the kids and family members against each other even more. Our family is a war zone where no child will be allowed to grow up healthy. I know a young adult that was caught with child **** on his computer, was reported by several people to the CPS and police and look who got caught enabling again. They are now working on generation four using the 3rd to ruin their lives. Several of my family members are drugged up so bad, on disability and being told they will never get any better yet there is nothing physically wrong with them. People don't buy into this garbage the system is spiritually ill and creating codependents. Children are being placed in alcoholic homes that are full of serious rebellious lifestyles. They are trying to get me to keep my mouth shut, not to mention, on several occassions have tried to convince even ME that things happened to me that never have. I suppose that would be the ultimate cover...if I were to lose my mind and all. Not a chance! Our sons and daughter have all been made to think we are nuts. This present generation had better wake up real soon they are being trained to coax their children to end up in the system it's a market.

It's because children are still being taught primitive, nonsensical, religious crap in an age of great understanding and knowledge. We're teaching kids all we know about the universe and scientific principles, stuff that makes sense and is logically correct, but then they’re also being taught that there’s another world full of all powerful mythical beings to which logic and sense are not as important as faith and belief. This contradiction in knowledge confuses them and manifests itself in anti-social behavior.
