I have talked on the phone with her. Then we were supposed to have a coffee date but something came up. She came by where we were meeting for the date and we just were able to meet and chat for a minute or two. That was Saturday. I was going to call he tommorow but would that be too long to wait. She is 27 and I am 31.

You know I honestly think that you should just go right now pick up the telephone and give this lady a call. If you fancy her maybe when you call just say I was calling to say hello and see how your day went today. Make it a casual call not get into planning the next date yet. Talk to her a bit and I am sure she will appreciate the gentleman in you for just calling to say hello and see how her day went!! ( wink wink it works)

Waiting a couple days is okay, but if you are really interested, you need to call her! She obviously cared about the date, otherwise she would not have shown up, she would have blown you off over the phone.
If she said you should call, and was happy with the idea of trying again, you have nothing to worry about. If she seemed a little uncomfortable when you met up, when you mentioned trying again, you may need to try talking on the phone for a little while longer before setting another date. However, if you don't talk to her, she will sooner or later think you don't like her anymore, and will either feel bitter about it, or move on to another guy. Just call her, if you like her, it's okay to let her know!

call her whenever you feel like and dont stress stuff like that. plus, who thought of a stupid 3 days rule anyway? all girls are waiting for a call the next day. same day is too desperate. if a guy doesnt call me or txt me the next day in the evening, i get upset.just call her as soon as u know when is the next time you could see her

If I were her, I would probably think you weren't intrested if you hadn't called by now. You should call if you are, even if you can't get together this weekend. Just let her know.

Seriously, you need to get your crap together. You sound like an air head. If you really want to date this woman, shave a couple of hours out of your busy schedule just for her. If you dont have time to date her, for Gods sakes, leave her alone. She deserves more than what you have given her so far.
