I only eat a banana and a bowl of cerial a day, and dance my heart out 3 times a day? how much weight will i lose? how quick?

Yes, you will loose weight but in a very bad way. It is not okay to only eat a banana and a bowl of cereal a day. Your body will not get the protein and nutrients it needs. If you ate 3 bowls of cereal and 3 banana's with that it would be different. But still, you need to get a good source of protein in at least one meal and a bowl of cereal won't do it. I deffinetly do not suggest this diet. You need to eat 3 solid meals a day to really loose weight. Starving yourself is a dangerous and sometimes non-effected way of loosing weight. You might not want to, but working out and eating right and healthy really is the key to loosing weight. Set up a daily work out rutine for yourself or join a gym. I suggest running for at least 20 minutes a day if you can maybe around your block and you can increase it when ready but start slow. But bottom line, a banana and a bowl of cereal a day just won't cut it. Hope that helped! GOOD LUCK =]

seriously don't do that. Crash dieting is horrible. You'll look like you're losing weight but you'll actually gain the weight back in a short period of time. To lose weight just eat healthy. Three meals a day and a couple of small snacks. Plus exercise. So please don't crash diet. It's horrible and can cause serious damage to your body.

You won't lose any because you'll be putting your body into starvation mode. Your metabolism will drop and cause you to hold on to whatever fat it has. Eating a healthy diet including bananas and healthy cereal with skim milk will help you lose weight, but not those alone.

I'm currently dieting with a trainer/ and dietitian, They told me that you should eat in proportion. You should have a serving of what you are eating instead of over eating. Also if you stop drinking sodas, and juices that can help. You should look at the food pyramid to see the proper servings of the different types of food.

Whatever you decide to do, good look. You need to be determine to lose weigh, and make sure you set realistic goals.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

My dear young friend, the worst thing you can do to try to lose weight is to eat very little and exercise too much.

Why, you ask? Well because our bodies are marvelous survival machines...when we do not take in enough calories and we over exercise, we are starving. Our bodies will begin to consume the PROTEIN i.e. muscles in our bodies for nutrition if we do not feed it appropriately. Oh sure, it will burn the fat too, but you will lose a considerable amount of muscle along with the fat.

The best idea? Eat five small meals per day - rich in protein, nutrients and low in starchy "white bread" type of carbs. Eat fruits and veggies - especially leafy greens - stay away from white bread, white rice, white pasta, potatoes and load up on high fiber foods such as whole wheat breads, oatmeal, wheat pasta and brown rice. Eat healthy fats such as almonds, avocados, olive oil, salmon (all high in Omega 3's).
Please refer to the websites I have attached. The best way to lose fat - not overall weight - is to cut back, drink plenty of water, eat well and often and do a NORMAL amount of exercise. You do not want to be consuming your body to maintain your existence...your brain needs sufficient calories in order to survive...READ...RESEARCH...BE HEALTHY!!!

omg who cares you need to be eating way more than a bowl of cereal and a bannana A DAY and then dancing all that time you need at least 2 meals a day

IF you excersise really good and eat good youll loose the weight you want
