ok we known each other for like a month and a week but we really started talking two weeks ago,and i like him and he told me he likes me,we r always huggin..and stuff like i dont wanna seem agrressive but is kissing him on the neck or cheek too much,(he is tall so ....lol). i wanted to do a surprise kiss...i was gona do it next week cuz i dont wanna rush.........

No that's not being aggressive but truthfully a lot of guys like it when a girl is kind of aggressive but good luck with boy.

Just kiss him and get it over with. He would not spend 5 minutes with you if he didn't want you. He's crazy about you, just kiss him and get it over with. The reason he hasn't tried to kiss you yet is because he is good b.f. material. Remember that anything someone does with you is what they will do with someone else in the same situation. So even if he did meet someone else he did like, you know he would not move in on them and put the moves on her because now he is single and he is not doing it to you. You have good b.f. material here, just kiss him before he gets away.

ok im not gonna tell you to follow your heart cause appearently your confused so im gonna help you out you cant really rusha first kiss (with the guy) it kinda just has to happened i mean yall both will know when the time is right so until then maybe you should jsut get to know him better you know what i mean,what im sayin is you dont want him to think that your easy so maybe you should hold off a while!

kiss him on the cheek--the neck is too suggestive. he'll be more inclined to lean in for an actual kiss after that.

what i would do is i like for the guy to kiss me, not me kiss the guy. but that is just how i am. if you want to do it like that, then have one of your friends ask him if he likes you and if he says yes[which he prolly will] then tell your friend to dare him to kiss you! that is what i would do, or something like that.
but then again, if you really do like him and want to kiss him, go ahead! try to kiss him on his check[if you can reach! lol jk] but that would be nice too.
