i m bit over weight and my musicales are tight.

You just need to start streching daily. Remember all that stuff you had to do in gym class- that's all you really need to do if you want to increase your flexability.
I'm sure you already know this but you should be exercising on a regular basis- even if you are just walking on a treadmill.

Hey Hogun. Your # 1 problem is the fact that you are over weight. How old are you? Join a gym, Or start jogging. Get into some physical fitness program and eat healthy. If you are not physical fit, do light exercises and walk (don't over do it). It should be pleasant and fun. It usually takes about 6 weeks before you are physically fit enough to do strenuous exercises. When you become physically fit you will be more flexible. Oh yes! If you are exercising with weights, use lighter weights and do more reps. Good Luck.
