I hope so, but if not I'll see you at the end of the world!

Brian, yes Jesus is definitely coming back. If you know Him as your Savior then I will see you in the rapture. I fully expect to see the rapture before my normal life span is up. Jesus said "this generation will not pass away until all these things be fulfilled." The generation He was referring to is the 1948 generation that saw Israel become a nation again. I'm not setting a day, year or time for the return of Christ because the Bible clearly says that no man knows the day or hour of His return. But He does say that we know the "seasons" and when we see all these things taking place, to look up for our redemption draws nigh. Well - I am definitely "looking up" - while still busy in the Master's service on this earth. Time is short and we must do what we are called to do before that time runs out.

It says in scriptures that he will "appear" unto those who look for him. So I guess if you are not looking you might not get to see him.

Heb.9
[28] So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

He also will come as a thief in the night. So if you are asleep you might not get to see him either. Kinda like how Santa comes in the night when the kids are asleep. If you are asleep, you might be able to see all the good stuff he has left but you won't be able to see who it came from. Or you won't know why the place in in shambles.

1Thes.5
[2] For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.

He comes with clouds, so I guess you might want to know what a cloud is before you will know how he will come. It is a vapor of water that is formed when the sun's (son) light (christ is the light of the world) shines and warms the sea (carnal man, also where the beast comes from), and energized the water molecule to a higher frequency of movement to vaporize and form a cloud (we are enlightened by our Christ within to a higher vibration).

So whether you believe he comes with clouds or as a thief in the night, you had better let the "light" shine on you to "awaken" you to a higher frequency. Awake and see who comes at night and the night will become as day and all will become clear. So as it is when lightning flashes at night. You can see truth in all aspects of your world for that instant of enlightenment even though the flash of enlightenment comes only from a small corner of your world. Haven't you ever been outside watching the lightning at night? What a spectacular show, it lights up my whole world, and truth can be seen in the west even though the light is in the east.

Matt.24
[27] For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

I don't care one way or the other,i have accepted the spirit of God in me with true faith and Love.and ask of it and listen for the answers and try to do Gods Will, that's all I Care about. if he comes back he comes back. if he doesn't he doesn't.
all that call on my name will NOT be saved, ONLY those that DO my fathers will ,will make it to heaven, said Jesus Christ .so that is what i wish.to know Gods will for me in this life and try my best to actually DO Gods will.everything else really doesn't matter spiritually.its just history.the past is dead and buried and the future hasn't been born yet, I try to live a life of eternal now.
But since you brought it up, YES!! the end of times is very near,Praise God.It is Gods will, so I praise God.It says in the bible that young men shall have visions, I SAW in a vision a large explosion in new york, I told people I thought it might be a small nuke, before 911.

He's definitely coming and it will be literal and physical. He is waiting for just the right time and for as many people to get saved as possible. It could be a few hours from now or a few hundred years, there's no telling. I think he won't come back for a long time from now because he said he would come when we least expect it and everyone is pretty much looking for the end now.

Jesus will return to the earth and will rule with Al Quran,be a means whereby the Christian world turns to Islam, and will, together with the Mahdi, make Islamic moral values prevail all over the world.

Just a thought here, maybe he won't come back until we get our act together. The scriptures talk about a groom coming back for His bride...how butt ugly is that bride right now (i.e. the church)!?

Scriptures leans both ways: that Christ will return to either take the good OR take the bad...it's not clear which will happen.

Great question!

Yes, I believe he will come back, but it will be at the end of the world as we know it.

Yes, he's coming back, and I can't wait! I am SOOOOOOO anxious. If you want more info on what is going to happen and when, you can read the Left Behind series by Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins. It is VERY extensive and descriptive. God bless.

Yes, But this world has to really really be in bad shape for that to happen. Such as world war 3 or whatever.

If you are looking for the rapture, its any day now really. I doubt if we will be around another 15 years or so. If you are looking for the 2nd coming. Then wait another 7 years or so after the rapture. I'm not dogmatic about this. Its just what I believe.
