I would take a bet that some do, but wouldnt tell anyone if they did think that.
An which book do you recommend that isnt a construct of the human imagination? I thought that all book were made up by people, even the non-fiction ones.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but I've been studying Bible and Book of Mormon scholars' commentaries longer than you've probably been reading. If Israel and the wonderful Jewish people never existed, then and only then would I agree with you.

The Mormons do not think the book was made up. They believe it was found and interpreted by Joseph Smith when he was age 14.
I do not believe the bible was or is "made up," but you are certainly entitled to your opinion.

No. Any Mormon who does is not a Mormon. It's probably a bit of a worry though. "****, all of this sounds wicked made up... oh well, it's easier to believe than wine turning into blood that tastes mysteriously like wine!"
