You get paid on the 1st and 15th of every month.

All branches get paid the same, by rank.

Go to this website to see the Basic Pay Scales for Officer and enlisted personnel. It will give you a general idea.This is only base pay and depending on your job, you may be entitled to other pays and allowances.

Keep in mind your medical, food, and housing is free . Pay starts out low but as you raise in rank so does the $$$

depends on your rank, e1-e9, and whether or not you have a dependant. yahoo search for 2007 military pay charts and you'll see it right there in front of you. you get paid bimonthly. your BAH (basic housing allowance for housing) depends on the zip code in which you want to live if you want to live off base.
