Let your yorkie have space. When i got my second dog, my yorkie didnt come out of her bed for like 2 weeks. And sometimes she refused to eat. Now, she and Rufus get together like a brother and sister. He bugs her she fights back. They defend each other. They will like each other soon enough

Dobies play really hard and you should watch you yorkie when they are together so the dobe does not hurt the little one.
Dobes can be fine around smaller dogs but they play rough and hard so you need to supervise them until the dobe clams down. That will only take about three years or so. You have your work cut out for you. Good luck.

You have just rocked her apple cart by bringing this stranger into her home. But they will be fine it just takes time to sort out their differences and dominance issues. The yorkies nose might be out of joint because of your time shared with her and the Dobe. Just remember he might hurt her unintentionally by standing on her or running into her, they are dopey at that age and don't realise their size and the great big feet attached.

Its going to be very hard as some Doberman Pinschers are dominant or aggressive toward other dogs\dogs of the same sex. Many have strong instincts to chase and seize cats and other fleeing creatures like your Female Yorkie. If anything goes wrong in the breeding, socializing, training, handling, or management of this breed, it is capable of seriously injuring or killing other animals. Your yorkie is small prey to the dobie, and he may be trying to "hunt" her. I would see a professional animal behaviorist on this one.
