i cannot buy PLAVIX blood thinner in the generic form now.?

i was able to buy PLAVIX in generic form until today. the pharmacy employee told me that there may be a lawsuit against the generic maker. can anyone give any more info on this?

Plavix won't become generic until 8/17/2009. Generic companies are allowed to start their trials a little while before the end of the patent. However, the brand manufacturor always sue the generic house because when sued, the generic company has to stop their trials.

There is a lawsuit against a company producing the generic.
