Although an update is not available from microsoft, the instructions on how to edit the registry manually are available online...

HINT: If your machine is only used in a single time zone (i.e. not a traveling laptop) then you only need to update YOUR timezone and ignore the rest! I did this for MY time zone (EST/EDT) and it works just fine!

Windows 98 is no longer supported by Microsoft, you need to upgrade to at least windows 2000, or possibly even XP.

Double click on the clock, and you will see how you can do it. Very easy to change the time 1 hour ahead..good luck..

just turn the clock back or forward in 98. it lets you do that.
