The best course of action is to see your doctor. Many times there is treatable cause for thinning hair (unless it is normal thinning that comes with age). For a prescription, you would need to see a doctor anyway.

Of course, there are numerous over-the-counter products you can try. However, it would be trial and error to find out if one works for you. That can cost you a lot of unnecessary money. Please see a doctor first to see if your thinning hair can be treated.
