I am the exact same way, I haven't failed any of my classes, but I used to ALWAYS get straight A's.. now I'm lucky if I get an A-. My grades are all B's and C's. The cause of it actually was health related. You should go see your doctor about this, for me, it was anxiety. I spent so much time worrying at night and when I wasn't in school, that when it came to learning, my mind just went blank and all I would do is space out. I also became very lazy and didn't feel like doing homework because it stressed me out way too much. I'm not saying you have an anxiety disorder like I did, but maybe you should just go get a checkup and tell your doctor about what's been going on...
As for your grades, is it because you haven't been doing work or you haven't been understanding? Or both? If it's because you haven't been understanding, you really should stay after school/go in early maybe 2 or 3 days a week for extra help.
Maybe you should try taking a study hall or something too?
Hope I helped.

First, step back and think about what you are doing. This happened to me in 8th grade Algebra. Are you playing online games while you study or do homework, or having some other distraction? Removing them will help you greatly.

If this doesn't help, or you don't have distractions, then search Google.com for studying tips. They helped me and may do the same for you. You could, and should, tell your parents how you feel about your grades right now so that they are aware of this.

If your school uses an advisor system, don't be afraid to talk to your advisor or another adult that you trust and feel comfortable talking to. Take that person's advice (who posted first). Talk with your parents or teachers to help find a studying habit that works for you so that you don't feel overwhelmed.

I hope this helps. Good luck in school!

okay
i think that you have something else in your mind that is bothering you
..
are you in lovee?
cause that could be the main reason.. from my past experience

but it's okat to fial sometimes because not everyoen is smart 24/7
they could have trouble getting through some parts of his/her academic system//

just don't llok at annything that involves, school work, homework and ect. then spend sometime doing things you like other htan reading book or doing homeworkk.
go watch a movie or shopping!!

andd
or maybe it just that part of the "lesson" or the "chapter" that you are not understanding fully.
just try asking your teacher during class time if you could go into theri room during lunch and talk to the teacher about what kind of problems you have having
and ask them to help you understand it better.
it should help
and hopeuflly your grades will go up up and away!!

maybe you're just distracted, or maybe the classes are harder then you expected. Im a junior in High school and an A,B student, ive had my slips. if you fail its only natural but get back on the ball and dont put too much pressure on your self, it causes even more stress good luck!!!

I think that you should set your priorities straight and put your school work before hanging out with friends. I know it sounds nerdy but if you really want to improve your grades concentrate on your school work and then if you are done studying and done with your homework go out and have fun. Also make better studying habbits. I also get unfocused when i am doing my homework, i always want to get on the computer. Oops i am doing that right now but anyway just get your priorities straight

good luck!

get a tutor and talk to your parents

Just make sure your not taking on more than you can handle ie: sports teams, clubs, friends, classes that are too hard, etc if you are feeling overwhelmed then cut something out, but like your parents always said: school is the most important, so try your best to focus most of your attention to it

you may want to talk with your parents about the possibility of a tutor or dropping classes that are too far over your head
