You are already underweight for your height. You should work on gaining some weight and toning up if you need to. Don't try to get pencil thin like the models-that is very unhealthy for anybody. Most of them are anorexic.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Seriously, if you really want to lose weight then I would suggest you try losing it off your big toe !! Well, that would have to be the only part of your body left with any spare meat on it wouldn't it??? I'm so sorry, I didn't really mean to be rude but you are already very slim. Also, you are only 12, very soon you will probably start having more growth spurts and then you will grow very quickly and probably get slimmer and taller anyway!! You should only be concerned with feeling healthy, having loads of energy each day and being 12, you know running wild in the park with other kids your age or flying down the hill on your skate board......... Why not go bike riding or roller blading with your mates??? Wear yourself out having fun and you won't have time to worry bout 10 pounds !! There's plenty of time to worry bout that later on.

I doubt you look that fat now in case you weigh one hundred twenty five lbs. keep in mind fat does not weigh almost as much as muscle so ten pounds of fat can bypass an prolonged way. i could say ten pounds on somebody 5'0 tall is going to be substantial, how substantial relies upon on lots of issues like the place you lose it from, how plenty muscle you have, and you're accepted build.

It is unwise to diet when u are 12, your body is going thru puberty, and you may be doing damage to yourself. If anything you are too thin and could stand to gain 10 pounds. Throw away those stupid magazines, and live by common sense, eat sensibly and exercise.

u dont need 2 ok i am 12 and5 feet i weigh 115 i am on a diet i would kill to be as much as u u dont need 2

I think you need to gain 10 or 15 pounds and do some exercises . for example if you don't like your butt , gut ,legs or arms,do some light exercises to tighten them up

You do not need to lose weight. You are already unheathily skinny.

Healthy bmi: 18.5 - 24.9

I suggest you visit your doctor to find a healthy way to gain some weight.

PLEASE DON'T. 85 pounds is not a healthy weight for someone who weights 5'4... 95 pounds really isn't a healthy weight either, ESPECIALLY if you're 12. It's dangerous, and you could wind up really sick if you try to do that.
