Does anyone know how to make the red dots go away, i have tried pro activ and it made everything go away except for the red dots, so please HELP !!!!!!

Those marks are leftovers of sever acne, if they are alot, try and see a doctor. My experience is: Only big acne left some red spots and they went away when i started washing my face with only water 5 times a day, it really helped, try washing ur face and refresh it with water, coz it keeps clean and moisturizes it. This is very common. This is called hyperpigmentation. Even though they are not dark brown, acne causes this. Use a bleaching agent with hydroquinone in it. Also, exfoliating your skin is very important to help reduce this. You can also get laser pigmentation removal if you have fair skin. It is not evasive at all really. go to the doctor, that is a serius problem and the face is very delicate some creams don´t help you. only a real professional can help you.
