Yes, but it's difficult to maintain and is forbidden under cruelty to animals. As you know, cats always land on their feet, and toast always lands butter side down. By attaching cats and buttered toast in certain positions on a vehicle, it's possible to create a gravitational paradox, making the vehicle unable to fall.

the problem with gravity is two objects attract. So anything you make with be attracted by the gravity of the earth.

I guess if you could make something out of antimatter it might not be attracted by the earth's gravity. But if it was antimatter how could you ride in it. The other question is what is anti-matter?

I liked the sand skimmers on the first star wars. The first person to invent one of those will be a rich person.

Theoretically, if you were to suspend a mass equivilent to the earth directly above your vehicle, the gravity of the earth and the suspended mass would cancel each other and leave your vehicle in a "no gravity" zone.

There is nothing that escapes gravity that we know of. Even anti matter has positive mass and thus gravity.
So, the answer is: no, until proved otherwise (and don't hold your breath for that counter proof to come up).

not an anti grav, but you can make it easier to keep something up. the B1 bomber has powerful electric emitters that charges the air making it easier to stay in the air...somehow, im not a scientist
