Make eye contact and smile. Compliment her because girls love compliments. Try conversating with her for a few days then say I am really enjoying our time together I was wondering if you would like to go out.................. and it always a plus if her friends like you and you can make her laugh.

Practice, practice, practice.
Then do it. And don't be so surprised when she says yes (and make sure you've thought about what to say yes, and where you'd like to go!). And on the off-chance she says no, have a response ready for that, too...and then fuggedaboudit.
As for how to let her know...catch her eye, and smile. Tell her.
Yes, I know that this all sounds impossible for someone who's "shy"...but after having gone through a period of shyness earlier in life, and then realized that there was absolutely no point in it and no benefit from it...best way to deal with it is to jump right into the fray and wrestle that shyness to the ground.

k dont stress out so much, you cant be shy you gotta get over it..what is there to be shy about?? i mean rejection.. yeah, but what are the chances. plus you dont sound like some weirdo so the girl probibly wont see you as an embaressment if she ever rejected you. anyways, if you know shes interested then you should go ahead and ask her out dont worry about it because she will say yes most likely, and if your not sure shes interested then maybe hint in that you like her by smiling maybe, or anything you know ? its pretty easy to show that a guy likes a girl. just ask her out, you need to overcome your shyness, whats not to lose?

Girls love when you make them feel really special. Roses in her locker with an anonymous note (mayeb a poem?), for example. Keep on doing things like each week until you're bold enough to give away your identity. Girls love surprises like that! If she doesn't think you're cute, at least she'll know you're a gentleman. You might get a new friend.

I think he should just go for it.
Theres this one guy i know, my hes so shy, so i wish he would just break out of his mold for a bit cause i knwo theres another part of him thats talkative and such.
He gives me looks and he knows that im looking back at him (but were not obvious about it) -- which drives me wild. Plus, his friends tell me he likes me. So im sure youll find a way, just look at her and give her moderate attention : good luck!

Compliment her, for me that's what makes me know he has somewhat of intrest in me. And if your shy like me, don't make it sound like a really romantic date at first. Just ask if you wanted to go see this new movie, or go hang out at the mall; but make sure she knows its just your and her.

Just be yourself. Ask her to "hang out" sometime. Honesty is always best..........be like a Nike....and Just do it!!!! You don't have to go through all the trouble of sending her signs that you like her, just take a deep breath and relax.....simply ask her to do something together and see how it goes........it's okay to be nervous, sometimes that's a part of it. Just be yourself and be upfront and honest and get started on the right foot!!! :)

well, give her some eye contact, glance up at her every once in a while and make sure she sees you, dont like stare her down cause that might creep her out, but also you can just try makin small talk wit her when you get tha chance, just litlle things to show you notice her, i luv it when guys do that for me!

just jump out. I know that it is nerve racking, but ask her to a dance or dinner. Then see how it goes from their. You never want to go with a girl that doesn't want to go out with you. So if she tells her friends and everyone that you two are going out, then things are in the bag. Get one of your friends who closly knows her to hang out with her. Then ask him to see if she's into you.
