Actually, you do--technically--have acne (very mild) if you have any blemishes at all. Fortunately, it is easy to treat, with consistent attention.
Wash your face every night with Neutrogena cleanser that has salicylic acid in it. Then, rub Neutrogena "On-the-Spot" blemish cream (better than other creams because it has only 5% benzoyl peroxide instead of 10%, which is too strong) on all acne-prone areas, focusing on current blemishes. Let this dry, then gently rub a little Eucerin (or another light moisturizer) face lotion into all of your face. Otherwise, the acne cream will dry up and flake off (rendering it ineffective). Trust me, this works, but if you skip a night or two because you don't see any zits you will likely regret it!

I would really recomend using BenzaClin.
This stuff works like a charm, and I really don't even wash my face. Before I go to school, I put on a grape sized amount of it on my face (a pea sized amount is enough for just your lower face. Using a grape sized covers all your face and you still have some left over for any other blemishes on any other place. You might get them on your back or upper chest, so rub it in there. I get crap there, and BenzaClin clears it up within the day)
When I first started using it, As soon as I started, the next morning when I woke up, I looked in the mirror and there were about 3 less zits on my forehead. I applied it that night, and there were three less zits again, and I kept it up (now switching the nightly application to morning application) and I don't have any Acne left on my face except whiteheads (which have been there forever) and a very small amount of tough blackheads and amelias (which I just as easily end up digging them out of my skin by squeazing lightly, and the junk comes right out).
But BenzaClin is a mirrical in a jar. I assure you, get some of this stuff. If it could help rid me of all of my acne within a week, I bet you anything it will do the same for you in less than a week. Just keep using it.

If it's a real problem see a doctor. My son is on a mild antibiotic to keep his skin clear. A healthy diet is the best thing you can do to keep your skin healthy.

Wash your face with what actually works for you of course.

Eat right, food can cause break-outs like from chocolate and fried.

Keep your hair and hands off of your face.

If you have a couple of zits try putting regular toothpaste over them before you go to bed. It's supposed to work.
