You need to go see a doctor. It might be that the shampoo you are using might have an ingredient or chemical that you are allergic to or you might be allergic to some other hair product that you are using like hair spray, gels, etc. It could also be that you might have something like seborrhaic dermatitis or eczema. In either case it's always a good idea to swing by and see your regular physician and if he needs to he will make a referral for you to see a dermatologist.

See your Dr.
But, have you tried changing your hair care products including shampoo and conditioner?
Do you get perms? The chemicals with the perm could irritate your scalp and you may be alergic to them.
Do you use hot rollers, curling iron, or a flat iron? You might be holding those items too close to your head and burning your scalp.

You should probably see a dermatologist. They can run tests and prescribe something to treat the scabs. Probably once and for all. You may find out that you are allergic to something, then you will know to avoid it. I have found the vitamin biotin to be helpful with my hair and skin problems. Good luck.

Do not use any chemicals on your hair for a while.Try washing your hair one or more times weekly. And if nothing else works go to the doctor.
