Don't understand your question but i'll take a swing at it. U could say that the spread of capitalism is a U.S gift (if u can call it a gift). U can say that the maintainence of a balance of power in Europe is a U.S gift (if u can call it a gift). Also, holding off WWIII is a U.S gift (definitly a gift). Making principle a larger part of foreign policy is a U.S gift. U could go on forever.
