like meaning which finger shud a guy wear for an engagement ring, left hand or right hand and which finger.. since im new to this.. =)

It goes on the left hand (closest to the heart) on the finger next to the pinky finger. This is for guys and girls. Althought more commonly girls get the engagement ring. When you get married the wedding band goes on first then the engagement ring.

You wear your engagement ring on your left hand second finger. The guy does not wear one, only a wedding ring. Same hand same finger.

Guys don't wear engagement rings. The wedding band is worn on the fourth finger, the ring finger.
