Ok so at school, there's this guy who will not stop hitting on me and being perverted. He's always coming up to me and saying sick things like, "Let's have a sleepover, and don't bring a sleeping bag, we'll share one." I've told him that it's sick and I don't want that to happen and it's not even funny what he does and I said it in a very serious tone. I'm not happy with this guy and I'm getting so sick of it. It's not that I don't like getting hit on, but not like this!! What should I do to make him stop?

How about you grow up. The reason he is doing this is because you haven't made a statement to him yet. Try a ball bat up side his head. If he doesn't get the hint after that then run him over with your car. If you can't take care of this now then you will most likely end up marrying a wife beater and have all your teeth gone by the time you're 22.

Report him for harassing you. Go to your counselor or whoever handles things like that and ask them to talk to him about it and let him know how much it bothers you. You shouldn't have to live in fear of intimidation like this. I'm sure he thinks you're flattered and secretly enjoying it like all sick perverted guys do. Put him in his place soon or it will only get worse.

Belittle him. Make a joke about how ugly he looks, even if he isn't ugly. Guys are real sensitive about that. Find some physical flaw he has and drill it into his brain. This will kill his ego and confidence level and he will be afraid to talk to you. If you start poking in front him and make him feel insecure about himself I guarantee you he will stop hitting on you.

Tell someone. Besides you telling him to stop, having your friends also telling him could help. Maybe some guy friends (preferably not weak-looking) telling him to stop might get the point across a lot better.

tell him again in a firm voice and make sure he knows your not kidding
tell him if he doesn't stop, that its sexual harassment and against the law and that you WILL file a report against him (you can do that you know)
if you don't want to take that route and file a report and he still won't stop, talk to a teacher you trust and they should be able to get involved and stop his unwanted behavior, by warning him, suspending, talking to his parents, etc. no matter what, it is sexual harassment and it is very against the law.

just yell at him to stop it, so others can hear it too. It will embarrass him just enough for him to get the hint.
If you ridicule or humiliate him by calling him names, he'll probably get revenge somehow, given how immature he is.
keep it simple without insults. But don't laugh or smile, cuz then he'll think you're flirting.
