does anyone know if any of the bad petrol recently was sold in colchester essex?

Here's a tip to protect yourself.

Refuel when half full.If ou do get bad gas, you still have good gas in the car.

NEVER refill when you see the tanker at a gas station, the new fuel being delivered stirs up the crud in the storage tank.

no longer too plenty you're able to do. merely dont purchase low priced gas. Saving a pair of pennies a litre/gallon isnt properly worth ruining your engine. Use a sturdy high quality station, all petrol isn't created equivalent.

I'm not sure but if your worried maybe worth topping up with some decent petrol from shell or bp. if you did get contaminated petrol this should dilute it and make it less likely for your car to break down. hope that helps!

your safe! an even more so if you have a ford! most of the dodgy fuel was on the south coast!
