As a husky, she is probably trying to be dominant (especially when she is on top of you). Try giving her lots of toys to play with instead, and if she continues to bite, then when she does so remove yourself from her presence.

If your puppy was 7-10 weeks old, I'd say you just have to grin & bear it for a while. But at 7 months, this is a bit much. I have two pups turning 8 months now. They both lick and one will ever so gently "bite" (hate to even use that word - more of putting his mouth on my hand when playing), but they aren't constantly doing this.
Several ideas come to mind on how to help you. First, ensure that she has LOTS of chew toys, rawhide bones (get ones that won't get stuck in her throat) and lots of attention from you. This way she can focus her chewing on appropriate material. Second, you may have to do some training here. Fun is fun, but if it's annoying or even too aggressive, it's time for you to step in as the "alpha" and say a firm "No!". Don't scream or hit her, just give her a firm "no" and stop playing. This way she may learn that this behavior is not acceptable.
I'd try these two at first then proceed to more serious levels later. Just make sure that she has enough fun time with you, but also time where she can just "be with you" without playing (i.e. resting on a pillow or couch). I've done that at times with my pups and it's great - they are with me, but just relaxing, not playing or fighting (with me or each other).
Good luck!

Oh Dakota!!!!!
All pups do this it's called mouthing. I have had a dog or 2 that tried to push me to my limit too. I have learned that the minute I resonded to it they did it more. I have alos tried most everything and have found that a good stern NO BITE and then holding their muzzle closed is probably the best thing to do. It takes a while for them to catch on but they do get it.
Good Luck!

I found a couple websites that have some helpful information. I feel your pain!! Been there before with puppies. And a Husky is going to be a fairly rambunctious pup to begin with.
I hope you can get some tips off one of these links.

She's teething, and it's perfectly normal for pups to bite...but of course we don't want that! Whenever she lays a tooth on you, even by accident, make her sit. Give her something to chew on, like a frozen knotted dishtowel, and IGNORE HER. If this doesn't work, scream when she bites you then ignore her. Don't give her any attention, even being yelled at, because someday she'll nip you just for fun.
