I'm assuming you mean can you lift someone else's finger prints from another persons body?
Yes and no.
If person A chocked person B so hard that it caused bruising there is a chance that fingerprints could be take from the indentation.
However any other way is impossible. Fingerprints are left behind by the oil in people's skin. On another person's body that person's oil from the skin would mix with the oil for the other person's finger tips and could wipe all traces away.

yes you can you take your finger and you dip it in ink and press it on some paper now you got finger prints on some paper
