u need not do much
u can do the strightening
if u need to do somrthing then go for highlights

Love the color - I'd go with something a little shorter and edgier - maybe a little longer in the front/shorter in the back - razor cut maybe layers around your face. Like the no bangs - don't want to hide your eyes.

get carmel colored highlights I think that would look good and trim your bangs and get your hair chunky layered that would look so cute and tehn straighten your ahir or just leave it natural because you have cute waves...hope I helped good luck! <3
