Has your Dr done tests and stuff to rule out other things?
If not, it is necessary to do so.
So please tell your Dr to do further tests or refer you to a specialist or something.

Okay, either way you need to back to your doctor if he/she will listen to you. Here is why:
1 if you have that much stress in your life, you need a referall to a behavioral therapist. BTs specialize in dealing with one behaviior, it isn't like a psych doc who wants to explore the inner recesses of you mind or anything. A BT will hellp you learn coping strategies for stressful situations. Once you have learned these skills, you are done! You learn to control the behavior and the after-effects.
2. Sometimes what we think is stress from one thing is actually stress from another. A doc or a BT can help you distinguish what really pushes your buttons. You may have a brain that is hard-wired for stress, the headaches are a visable symptom of a bigger problem. Let's fix the problem, not put a bandaid on a manifestation of it.
3. Your doctor may decide that you are a good candidate for migraine medication. (Actually, it sounds like you have a certain type of headache called "cluster" migrains. Clusters happen everyday at intervals of time. Clusters can last for 6-8 week intervals or more.) Migraines can progress and get worse so that you feel nauseated, have blurry vision, feel dizzy or other things.
4. What if headaches isn't it? There is always a possibility that some medication you are on (l have asthma, and one of my inhalers was giving me terrible migraines) can be contributing to it. What if your vision is deteriorating? You may need glasses and not know it. I know I didn't realize that my vision was getting crappy! Then there are always less-probable things like tumors. (Don't worry, I am sure this isn't it!)
The point is - you hurt! Make another appointment and insist that the doctor do something. No one deserves to be in pain. Make yourself heard and if the doc won't listen - change docs!!!!!!
You might even end up going to a Neurologist (doc that specializes in brains and nerves etc.) Just make sure that you adress this. There is no need to suffer!

Hydrate yourself as much as possible you should be drinking 1/2 an ounce of water per pound you weigh if you are not active. (so if you weigh 100 pounds drink 50 ounces of water) if you are active or athletic it should be 2/3's of an ounce per pound.
FYI: (there are 128 US fluid ounces in 1 gallon) If you have a chance drink something with electrolyte and vitamin replacement like Gatorade.
Signals of dehydration can be any of the following symptoms
Heartburn, stomach ache
Non-infectious recurring or chronic pain
Low back pain
Headache
Mental irritation and depression
Also, if it is getting this bad and nothing is working your doctor should be running some more tests like blood work. Blood tests will tell you if you are staying healthy and hydrating properly.

eat more celery - this veggie has a chemical that helps the brain
move those electro pulses along - so they don;t have a traffic jam
and crash into each other - causing a 'head' ache
and a little peanut butter or cream cheese ain't bad either!

you really need to see a chiropractor. There may be a bone that is out-of-line in your neck. When they get out of line they tend to pinch nerves.
