Who is encompassed by Senoritas and Senores?

Experts or native speakers only, please. (I speak Tex-mex like the rest of you.)

Thanks!

In a written invitation it would be:

Señoras y Señores

in the opening of a speech then you start with

Damas y Caballeros

if you speak tex-mex then say el senior and senoritas come; rolling with laughter here. There are 26 different dialogs of Spanish and you want to know how to address the one that is NOT even a language... too funny man!!!

had to comment cause you asked for experts or native speakers... I don't know a native language called tex/mex. That would be English/Spanish... therefore you should not get many replies
