Donald A. Chu wrote a book called "Jumping into Plyometrics." It is a fairly comprehensive book showing the basics of plyometrics training. I have used many things in my coaching to help my players get better, but I know that they also have a program to follow that are sports specifice (including volleyball).

I am not sure if you are asking the right question when you ask about weight. I think the program you pick will incompass jumping, shoulder strength and maybe most importantly, overall core streangth. I think if you continue to work on all of those things, the weight will not matter. You will be in great shape and able to handle anything on the volleyball court.

Good Luck!!
