The only way to choose is a medical like procedure they do but it cost thousands of dollars and sometimes when they do it you do not get pregnant so they have to do it again and you have to pay thousands of more dollars.
Other then the spending thousands of dollars on the medical like procedure there is no way to choose what sex your baby will be.
All this other stuff you hear does not work,people claim it does nut it is just a cauisidence (spelling) , you only have two sexes you can get and millions try the methods, millions wants boys, millions want girls so if they all do it and half of each side get what they want and they post about it then of course it is going to look like it actually works..All doctors hae said the medical like procedure is the only 100% effective way to determine the sex of the baby

Have no idea about Chinese Philosophy, but the man's sperm determines the sex of the baby. The ovum has the X chromosome and the male sperm has either X or Y chromosome. If the X sperm fertilizes the ovum then you have a baby with XX chromosomes and therefore it's a girl baby. If the Y sperm fertilizes the ovum, then you have a baby with the XY chromosome.....a boy baby.
