I need a good program that captures what an active screen is doing.
I use CamStudio but I don't like it much and it doesn't offer much. So that's why I need a new window capturing program.

Use Paint. It comes with Windows, for free. Just capture the active screen to the clipboard by pressing ALT+PRT SCREEN, then open Paint, and click Edit>Paste. Your screen cap will appear, and you can save it on your file menu as any of the formats that Paint supports.
