when you feel nauseous you have to eat mild bland foods like mashed potatoes, pears, apple sauce..sugar helps with nausea ...so plain tea with sugar will help , ginger settles your stomach..so ginger tea or ginger ale.......and last peppermint is great at settling your stomach

I had the flu thing a few weeks ago and did not want to eat anything cuz I thought I'd feel worse again... but I was hungry....I tried some toast like you had, but I needed flavor. I was craving cheese so I had a slice. Just eat what you think you can keep in. Most people say crackers, but thats not much better than the toast. Eat whatever you want as you're hungry, just don't overdo it. feel better soon!

Try some Sprite, gingerale, saltines, club crackers, and fruit snacks. Avoid any milk based products, as this can make you throw up again. Make sure to stay well hydrated. Sip some gatorade or apple juice. You can even try eating some fruit. Chicken broth/chicken noodle soup is always a favorite. Try a peppermint to settle your stomach. Depending on your stomach's sensitivity, you may just want to breathe in peppermint oils.

Dry crackers and ginger ale..it wont fill u up but will stop the hunger pangs and the nausea, or try a sandwich with something plain on it, no mustard etc...why were you sick, illness, hangover or should u be doing a pregnancy test?? sorry im just nosey! If you can force yourself to eat something then do it normally makes you feel better if you just have something light.

I've heard that ginger root can cure nausea. Sailors eat it all the time, but you want somethig that willfill you up. Try something low in proteins and fat like fruits and veggies.
