yep.. I actually was reading about that the other day..

I support it 100%.. I think it is a great idea.. I dont know how we got to this point in public education.. its one of the biggest pork barrel projects this country has seen.. and its failure rate is obsene.. Schools spend near $10,000 per year per student.. Thats an absurd amount of money considering we rank close to 25th in world education..
