to get rid of orange hair?

so i was told to use "ASH blonde" hair dye to fix the orange on the top of my head....it says 8A next to it....does that mean anything...also it says "cooler" under it. is this right to fix the orange hair i got right now......now remember, it isnt THATTTT bad. just a little orange on the top. thank youu!

8A should do the trick. the 8 stands for the darkness of the color. an 8 is a light blond, and the ash will def. cancel out the orange
