I'm looking at a Heineken bottle right now (my favorite beer) and it doesn't list the ingredients. But it does say if you have questions to call 1-888-HEINEKEN

Beer is made from barley, hops, water and yeast, barley contains no wheat gluten, beer does have sugars, carb and calories. Bread has gluten, cakes and pastrys have gluten all from wheat flour.
If you have a wheat allergy, do not drink wheat beer, American and Japanese beers have rice in them, an only those amde from wheat, especially Belgian beers would be a problem, most beers have a website, and would be able to tell you the nutritional content and ingredients.

Beer is made from grain and the most common is wheat so the answer is no. NO BEER IS GLUTEN FREE!
Your choices are rice wine and potato vodka and some wines. Beware of the wine coolers and such ...some contain vanilla which is grain derived.
