All the English language sites on Answers have the same questions and answers. At the bottom of the page you can see little flags which take you to the front door of all the different countries' sites. The English language sites (Australia New Zealand, US, UK, India, Canada, Singapore) only differ by the featured content you see on the homepage in the box.
However, you can filter to only see Australian questions if you choose the option on the left bottom margin of the Answers homepage if you are on the Australian site (which will always say Yahoo!7 not Yahoo!).
If you are Australian it is better to be on the Australian site as it is more relevant to you.

Not exactly, but there is a forum type Australian site. Provides rewards too. www.emailcash.com.au
It's not exactly the same, but you can post questions and answer posts. And is totally Australian.
