hun... you'll know. Love is very unpreictable- you could never plan when to and mean it as much as you do. My guess is that you will prolly blurt it out when you least expect it. On the other hand... if you really want a good time- do it on a special evening out together, an event or just when the both of you are cuddled together.

when you are absolutely sure that you love him, preferably after he has said it first, If it's obvious that he likes you a lot there is no harm in saying it first, as he may be shy and also unsure when to say the words.
It's best to say it for first time in a romantic "just the two of you" situation (but not straight after sex/intimate contact if you saying it for the first time).
How can you be absolutely sure that you love someone - when your "gut feeling" and mind together tell you so, when you constantly think about him etc
Finally remember love is all you need, it makes the world a better place

there's a story in one of the chicken soup for the teenage soul books when a boy starts going out with a girl and he says he loves her after a few dates, she says that she loves him back bubt she's not sure of she really means it. so on the next date she tells him that she likes him alot but isn't ready to say I Love You. she said that she would tell him when she was ready. about 3 more dates later when they were at a movie she looked up at him and she say that he looked just perfect and she whispered in his ear I Love You and he said I Love You Too and he kissed her.
Basically, the moral of the story is that you shouldn't tell someone you love them unless you are absolutley positivly sure that you love them.

when the feelings are just too strong that you can no longer leave them lying within and you feel he feels the same way. unless of course you do not fear rejection. never commit too early and make sure you're ready to accept rejection or sacrifices before you say anything

when u feel u really do love him.but dont tell him u love him liek all da time or everytime u c him b/c it gets kinda annoying. just here nd there say i love u baby or w/e wen yall leave each other wen u go home stuff liek dat.but odnt say it unless u really mean it.nd tyr not to b da 1st one to say it b.c its goin to b harder for u wen u break up

after at least dating for about 8 months to get to know him and make sure hes waht hes cracked up to be and if you really feel it and youll know when you do love him

u should tell him once u decide u really love him and if he doesnt say ilove u back then dont worry and dont pressure him tell him to tell u how he feels when he is ready
