Yes they do but it was recently discovered that Harrods were being supplied by puppy farms with absolutely disgusting care conditions for the hounds. You would be far better off going to a reputable breeder where you can see for yourself the conditions that the puppies grew up in and the health of the parents. Other wise you could end up with a very poorly puppy with potential behavioural problems.

Stuffed ones yes
Live ones no
The pet department at Harrods has only a small amount of livestock, consisting on hamsters, rabbits, fish etc.
It is not open all day as they give the animals time to rest, they do sell a wide variety of dog accessories, leads, collars and coats etc. But they are quite over priced.

Perhaps you ought to read this before considering buying a dog from any shop:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/wales/4133278.stm
Only buy a pup directly from a reputable breeder, if you want a Standard Poodle, go via the breed club to find a responsible breeder who cares where their puppies go & does not sell them through a retail outlet.
You can find a list of breed clubs at the bottom of this page:

Yes they do sell dogs at Harrods. If they do not have the breed you are looking for, the Manager, who is a very polite gentleman will obtain the breed, sex, colour etc you want - for a price, - for a considerable price! The staff are very helpful, even to us poor people having a skeet.
