I am in the military and stationed in AL and recived a ticket for going 55 in a 40 mph the military post. Will the state of Ohio issue me points on my license for this? The ticket is from the Centeral Violations Bureau in Alanta GA.

Why is the State of GA issuing tickets on a military post? I would think the military would have exclusive jurisdiction. Usually the state issuing the citation determines the penalty, and the state that issued the license recognizes the penalty imposed by that state.

probley ohio is a money grabbing state they get it any way they can i know i live here what state do you have your licence in call the dmv of the state and give your social security number and they will tell you if you have any points also your insurance company can also check it for you
