Don't go off a drug cold turkey-it is hardest that way. Gradually taper of. (Like instead of a 2 C a day habit try 1C, then several days of this, then 1/2 C instead of 1C and on down until you don't have caffeine in your system. For right now you can take Excedrin (which has caffeine in it) or drink some coffee.

Drink a little caffeine. It's not a good idea to quit any drug cold turkey, and caffeine is a powerful drug. Cut down gradually every day. Go have half a cup....

Start drinking decaf. Decaf coffee/tea still has caffeine in it, only in very small amounts. Decaf /= non caffeinated, only non caffeinated means non caffeinated.

You may also try taking some Excedrin, it's just acetaminophen with caffeine. It should help take care of your headache.
