I will give you some things to do but your very best bet would be to see a dermatologist.

Clean your face with a product made specifically for oily skin (use one that contains salicylic acid).
Use an astringent. There are many on the market.
Apply an acne cream or gel (one that contains resorcinol, salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide).

Exfoliate 3 or 4 times a week...just in the areas with blackheads.
Keep your hair clean and away from your face.
Sunshine and ultraviolet light will help.
Use soap or cleansers only twice a day and clear water the rest of the time.
Never squeeze a blackhead! You could push infection in to your underlying cells and tissues. However, you can buy a blackhead extractor and use it on those that appear to have a "head".

As I mentioned though, your very best course of action would be to see a dermatologist who could not only get rid of those blackheads but help prevent them from recurring.
