Nobody serves any real gods. (There are none) However, there are people who think there is one, zero, or many gods and are happy.

Religion is a poor predictor of contentment.

There is only one God and if you serve any other you do not serve him. Can you be happy? Maybe but God will not be happy with you.

People who worship more than one god, don't really see their worship as service in the manner Christians do. Some are dedicated to or are a priest/priestess and thus serve a god or two but for the rest of us, we hold a reverance for them but assume that they have more to do than deal with our daily lives.

Child of God quoting Exodus - hee hee I love this argument -

If there ARE NO OTHER GODS then what is his problem???

Why did this particular god, who you say is the only god, have to be sure to tell you not to worship the other gods - thereby acknowledging the absolute existence of other gods for if one is to believe that the word of this god is the one any only truth then there must indeed BE OTHER GODS!

Simple logic - oh... logic...wait...never mind

There are many gods, but only one Supreme. The other gods are part of God, like branches and leaves are part of the tree.
If you please the Supreme God, all other gods will be satisfied.
Like watering the root of the tree, all the branches and leaves will nourished.

24"You can't worship two gods at once. Loving one god, you'll end up hating the other. Adoration of one feeds contempt for the other. You can't worship God and Money both.

People used to do it all the time in the past, and I seriously doubt they were all unhappy for that.
