A couple of months ago I met a guy that I’ve grown to like. We’re both attending the same small private college and commonly bump into one another throughout the week. I believe he likes me, but I’m not too sure. Last week, I asked him by email if he would help me with a paper and responded by simply saying, “Of course. When and where?” I’m not to sure this is a clear sign he’s interested in… just merely willing to help me. I’m not sure if he’s genuinely interested because he hasn’t tried to initiate any sort of “meeting”. I am acutely aware that men let girls know that they like them by asking them to meet with them, he has only attempted to ask me out once (I was busy and told him that I could not, that was the last time he tried). He has told me that he thinks I am beautiful & intelligent, two weeks ago he also spent a night with me simply cuddling even though I told him that I didn’t want to have sex anytime soon.
Should I see if he tries to intiate a meet, and if not move on?

I think when you said you couldn't meet him, that you meant you didn't like him. He willingly helped you because he was eager to spend time with you. If he cuddled with you, he definatly likes you. Just find out his address and have a pizza with a love note delivered to him. There's lot's you could do, really. Ask him, get a friend to ask him, sent him romantic email, and way more. Love needs Time to Blossom. Do not steer a relationship or you might find that he heads off in a new direction

Seems to me like he's giving you some space to think about things. Everytime he trys something you sorta reject him. If you really like him, id say make a move. Seems like he does like you or he wouldnt be putting in so much time with you. Go for it.

of course he wants to meet with you --- he is also allowing you "room" --- call him suggest a coffee --- he asked and you refused --- so he has backed off -- its what i would do --- if you are interested you will make an approach is what he is thinking --- im only putting what i would think so best wishes to you both
