If there was irrefutable evidence that we had found the body of Jesus (hypothetically now, don't get off on a tangent) what would happen to Christianity? Would the number of adherents change? Would it crumble? How many would still hold their faith regardless of the facts?

It would destroy Christianity.
However,it's not possible to prove that it is Jesus' body,and lokking at the documentary and the facts behind the discovery,I'm more convinced that ever that it is NOT the tomb of Jesus.

what is really important about Jesus is if he died for our sins. now if Jesus' body was found then i am sure that there will still be those that doubt it but it would definitely open the door for possibly not believing the New Testament at all.

How many people think that Bush is a good President?
