I'm not sure about the religious aspect, but I would think that it isn't gay to have sex with a woman who used to be a man (if you're a man). If you met her when she was a woman, and if you got into a relationship with her because you knew her as a woman, then that's not gay. Those are heterosexual feelings - you are a man in a relationship with a woman (currently).

If you were born a man you are a man for the rest of your life. No doctor can undo what God has done. Trans-genders cannot conceive after the operation therefor all they have done is mutilated their body. So yes its gay and God doesn't approve. That being said I'M a Christian and I do things God does not approve of either. Sin is sin any way you slice it.
