It's Egyptian Arabic again, let me correct only the translation to make sense:

How are you "Fakoor" I really miss you so much and I was upset with you but when I get your e-mail ,I forgot all about it & I was surprised!
Do you remember when you were here ?I couldn't even get up set with you because & if i did so ,I just smile and forget all about it when I see your face.

Hope it helps.
** It's from a female /male to a male .

Yes, I can. Here it goes:
How are you fakoooor(it's probably a name). I swear to God I miss you a lot and I was mad at you, but once I saw your e-mail, I forgot that I was mad at you. Do you remember when you where here? At that time I didn't know how to be mad at you and even if I were mad at you, I would forget all about it once I see you and start smiling and I don't know how to frown.

It's Arabic ( Egyptian dialect)
Probably, some of the sentences don't make sense to you because they lose their meaning in translation.
