I have very fine, bleached hair and have found that the only thing for it that works and keeps it in good nick is Bonacure (a subsidiary of Schwarzkopf) Repair/Rescue Shampoo, Conditioner and Deep Conditioning treatment.
However, it ain't cheap, starting at over £7 a bottle, though a little does go a long way and it lasts me for a good few weeks. I get mine from a hairdresser as it's not available in shops, but I believe there is at least one website where you can buy professional shampoo etc online. If you have hair like mine I cannot recommend anything better, and it does come in cheaper than most professional shampoos.

best conditioners for dry damaged especially colour treated hair are Redken All Soft or Paul Mitchell Hair Repair both are sold in salons and cost approx £14, bit steep.
If you cant afford that get Herbal Essence as this does not contain Panthenol which will damage your hair further.
Do not buy Pantene as this is the worst offender for Panthenol levels. Panthenol puts a silicon coating over the hair shaft giving the illusion of glossy hair but does not mend it and affects hair strength and can cause problems with colouring/perming. Infusium as previously stated also contains Panthenol.
If you're unsure just read the ingredients on the label.

I have had bleached hair for 15 years, the best conditioner I have found is the shops own brand Asda or Tesco coconut oil or milk, wash your hair and put the conditioner in, leave it in over night and wash out the next morning. I do this every now and then and someone always asks what I use, they don't believe me when I say Tesco 49p.

V05 hot oil once a week, left in and wrepped in a hot towel is brilliant, as well as a daily dry/damaged hair shampoo. I'd reccomend Pantene or Loreal Elvive but if you've tried these with little succsess, you hairdresser should have some more shampoos for sale which he/she will suit to your hair type but they may be expensive!

Loreal Professional makes a really great product; it is only available at Sally Beauty Supply stores. It comes in yellow container and the smaller one costs about $9. I use it and swear by it. For stores, check out their website: www.sallybeauty.com. You can also make a great homemade conditioner: mix equal parts of olive oil and egg yolks (one or two egg yolks, depending on the length of your hair), apply it to your hair and put a plastic shower cap over it for half hour or so. Then wash it out and style as normal.

if you can moisturise your hair once a week it will help. you don't have to have the best shampoo. I like aussi smells great works good. But what you do need to do is. get a shower cap. wash your hair and put condition all threw it. do not wash it out. cover it with the shower cap. sleep with it on. you may want to put a hand towel around your neck to catch the water leakage. Next morning rinse out. Gurantee you will notice soft silky hair. But you don't have to rate this now try it first. you will find this the best answer.

Hi, I have used kiehls, their shampoos and conditioners are fantastic! Also perhaps try adding a few drops of almond oil to your hair (place a towel on your pillow!) and leave overnight, the results are well worth it!

coconut oil leave in overnight and wash thoroughly next day, it will put the moisture and shine back into your hair. may take a few days to get the oil out, but hey it works.
