thanks to the few that tried to help
but here is what i found so far.

•1.The idea that man-made pollution is responsible for global warming is not supported by historical fact. The period known as the Holocene Maximum is a good example-- so-named because it was the hottest period in human history. The interesting thing is this period occurred approximately 7500 to 4000 years B.P. (before present)-- long before human's invented industrial pollution
•2.CO2 in our atmosphere has been increasing steadily for the last 18,000 years-- long before humans invented smokestacks
•3.Of the 186 billion tons of CO2 that enter earth's atmosphere each year from all sources, only 6 billion tons are from human activity. Approximately 90 billion tons come from biologic activity in earth's oceans and another 90 billion tons from such sources as volcanoes and decaying land plants.
•4.over the past 800,000 years the Earth has undergone major swings in warming and cooling at approximately 100

Global Warming is a trojan horse for Socialism, wake up Americans. Global warming is at the fore front because politicians found how to use a new platform to get re-elected. The world leaders use it because they found ways to make money at it. This is a made up problem just like Global Cooling in the 1970's. Wake up people. I agree we need to be more efficient with our resources, and we should fine and jail companies who are dumping into our rivers maliciously. I want to stop the raiforest destruction, but to say that global warming is a serious man made issue and we need to destroy the American economy and bow down to the rest of the world certainly does not float my boat. Follow the money on this one and you will see that it is all for political gain and grant money for those scientists who profit off of the government if global warming stays at the front of the issues. Look deep into the Keoto (sp?) Treaty, first of all they took jets to a non-central resort location. Not very environmentally concious. THen in the parameters of the treaty they have a clause that makes it so you can buy or sell polution credits. This is all about shifting wealth and breaking down the United States. This is painfully obvious, just look at peoples agenda. The earth's mean temperature has risen .6 degrees C in the past 125 years. Greenland's icecaps have gotten colder in the past 10 years. The Scientists who do not gain anything on their posisition will tell you that the earth has a natural progression and this is what we are seeing. The UN report is made up of POLITICIANS not a good spread of scientists. THere are as many or more scientists who believe that man in NOT the reason and it is over hyped, but their voice is not heard in the LIberal Mainstream Media. This issue is 99% political, and an attempt to make the USA a socialist nation, and eventually communisim. WAKE UP AMERICA, IT IS TIME TO BE AMERICANS. FOR THE PEOPLE BY THE PEOPLE. STOP THE LIES

There's no solid evidence to suggest humans are causing it. At all. That humans are causing it remains a theory. I strongly believe it is part natural, part human. So we are a partial cause, not a total cause, which many groups would have us believe.

I've got two little reasons why humans may not be to blame. Naming 10 with any level of certainty would be nigh-on impossible.

Reason 1. The Earth's temperature has been higher, and has increased faster, in the distant past, where there were no humans. Source 1 a, b, c

Reason 2. The Earth's temperature fluctuates in well defined cycles, humans or not. See Source 1a, b, c

But humans ARE causing global warming, to speed up at a much faster rate anyway. Okay, it might have happened billions of years from now instead of now. So you can say, breathing is natural, you can't stop it, when we breathe we release CO2 into the air. Methane is made by animals, so it is natural. It is not humans fault because animals inspired us to create airplanes, cars, etc, seeing how they could fly, run, etc, though this is a lousy blame. Also because other organisms might have used a lot of greenhouse gases too. And greenhouse gases come from the core of the earth too, volcanoes, underwater vents, etc. Those are the only excuses I can come up with, though I would never use these.

Some scientists argue that it is just a part of the warming and cooling cycle that Earth has been going through such as the ice age, and now we are having a warmer climate.

I'm sorry i don't have a source but i have heard that the world's termite population creates a greater amount of greenhouse gases than the human population. I guess this is because there's so many billions of them.

Yeah, there arent 10 reasons.. global warming is a natural process BUT human interaction has accelerated it. So human are to blame.

woah, ten reasons? ive heard of 1 or 2 THEORIES of how it might possibly not be caused by humans.... but 90% of it is true... we ruined this planet.

the two reasons are,
Natural cycles of the earth... like the ice age.
and solar activity progressively heating the earth over time.

a third and im sorry if your school allows you to use this but... punishment from god for our sins.

listen to me carefuly, or you may get confused.

humans are to blame, because, we are the #1 contributers to global warming, we cause 99.997% of global warming. look at a picture of Venus, then a picture of earth (both must be photos from space) doesn't venus look a lot like a demolished earth? yes it does. well guess what we're going to look like in about 50-200 years, the answer is Venus.

If humans hadn't been here, it wouldn't have been such a large issue.
