The tooth in front of your wisdom tooth is a permanent second
molar, you're never supposed to lose it. If you're talking about
your last baby molar, then you lose it between the ages of 11-13,
girls usually a little sooner than boys. It will be replaced by a
bicuspid, or 2nd premolar.

you talk as though losing the back molars is an inevitability. Not true. The back molars will fall out only if you have gum disease.
