lol people will buy them because they know the money is going for a good cause. I would stress the cause more than the price to the buyers. good luck!

Hand the bars back to your school and tell them you are not participating in the sale. Nobody can force you to sell candy bars. They prey on you because you are young and inexperienced, and still believe you must do each and every thing an authority figure tells you.
If the money is dedicated to a project such as raising money for a class trip, that is different. In that case you should decide whether to sell candy, or not go on the trip. If not, let the teachers get out there and sell candy bars. They are overpaid, and only work nine months of the year anyway.

I don't know that a school can force you to participate in a fund raiser.
If you feel obligated, ask if your parents can just make an outright, tax deductible contribution to the school equal to the amount of profit the school expects to make on your allotted sales. So, if you are expected to sell 50 bars at $2 each and the school pays $1 per bar, you would donate $50 to the school. Easier, less time selling when you could be doing homework, good tax benefits, and better relations with the neighbors.

First of all, I am not sure why you posted this in beer, wine and spirits, but I took the hook and I will answer anyway....
If your school sells the candy bars for $2 a bar, you should not be selling them for $1 a bar, just because they are small.
I would have your parents take some in to work to sell, or you can sell them to friends and parents of friends, or take them with you to games and other places you go to sell them.
I remember whenever we sold them in high school, we didnt care about the $2, we just wanted the sugar to make it through the day....
